Stuffed tomatoes
Known as भरवाँ टमाटर in Indian parlance. Tomatoes stuffed with a rich filling of creamy cottage cheese (मलई पनीर), brushed with oil and baked tenderly. Can be very easily adapted as a health snack, light on the stomach too!

Papdi chaat
A well-known snack from the north Indian fast food family, with a dash of innovation and nutrition: crispy baked wafers garnished with vegetables, yogurt, and flavored with spices and chutneys... Crunchy, tangy and sweet, sure to set you drooling! :)

Misal pav
A झणझणीत Maharashtrian snack...
The usal (उसळ) is usually prepared from bean sprouts (and sometimes other pulses) and packs in a punch of nutrition.
The thin spicy oily gravy is known variously as kat (कट) in the Kolhapur region, sample (सांपल) in the Pune region, tarri (टर्री) in the Nashik region and otherwise generally as rassa (रस्सा). Fiery hot, it works nicely to set your tongue on fire!
