Gobi manchurian
The all-time favorite Indianized-Chinese cauliflower fritters tossed in tangy sauce with spices and herbs, more commonly known as Gobi Manchurian... Catered to suit my spice-loving palate! :)
Wow! this is mouth-watering...can almost smell the hot manchurian on my plate!
